Executive Fitness Starter Programs in July

Two new Executive Fitness Starter Programs begin in July.

Group 1: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 12:00-1:00pm

Group 2: Tuesday & Thursday 7:00pm-8:00pm & Saturday 7:30am-8:30am

Our 6-week Executive Fitness Starter Program is designed for those of you who are out of shape and want to get started on an exercise program that really works. If you finish, I guarantee that you will be stronger, faster and just plain feel better. You will lose weight, but how much is really up to you.

You don't have to be an executive, just someone between the ages of 18 and 80 who wants to get back in shape but doesn't know how to start.You will train in a small group of people (6 max) three days per week. A CrossFit Certified trainer will instruct and manage your group at all times. You will learn the correct way to perform our Level I and Level II functional exercises using proper form and technique. All exercises will be scaled to your current ability and fitness level. If that sounds hard to pull off, it is. That's why we get the 'big bucks'!

We have four programs currently underway with new groups starting in July. Both morning and evening programs will be available, based on demand. The 6-week program consists of 18 one-hour training session and the costs $270 per person. There is a $21 discount if you register at least 7 days prior to the start of the program. Groups 1 & 2 begin on Wednesday May 6th and Group 3 begins on Tuesday May 5th. Each program goes for 6 weeks for a total of 18 sessions. Space is limited to 5 or 6 people per group.

Another Exective Fitness program starts on November 4th on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:30pm and Saturday mornings at 7:30am. Basic Self Defense Seminar March 22nd

We are having a Basic Self Defense Seminar at our gym this coming Saturday, March 22nd from 11:00am-12:30pm. It is open to men and women of any age and fitness level.

Paul, Nancy and I will demonstrate and teach basic self defense techniques that can be used in real life situations. We'll cover basic blocks and strikes, escapes and defenses from grabs, holds and punches plus a few tricks you'll have to show up to see. If we're lucky, Paul will share some insights from his 16 years experience as a police officer and four years as a United States Marine.

The cost for this seminar is $10 for our members and $15 for non-members. Our Unlimited and Platinum members can attend at no charge. Space is limited, please email or call me to reserve your spot today.

Nancy is a red-black belt in Hapkido and currently training to earn her 1st degree black belt later this year. Paul is a certified Krav Maga instructor and training with Nancy to earn his black belt in Hapkido this year also. Yours truly is a 2nd degree black belt in Hapkido.
